3. ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene plastic) material: it has good impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance and excellent electrical properties. It is easy to form compared to HDPE, product size is stable, good surface gloss and better bearing and compression resistance. It also has better low temperature resistance, toughness and environmental stress crack resistance than HDPE. Main application: Widely used in automotive, electronic and electrical, office and communication equipment fields.

4.HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) material: It has good heat resistance, cold resistance, chemical stability, high rigidity, toughness and excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking. Main usage: 200-liter buckets, fuel tanks, pallets, large thermoforming parts, yachts, plastic top tray covers, and most of auto parts, etc.

5.ABS + TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material: it is a new type of board with a special co-extrusion process to make the surface of the ABS board covered with a layer of TPU film. Products would have both excellent mechanical properties of ABS and high wear resistance and tear resistance of TPU. The cost of this material is 2 to 3 times that of general materials. It is also because of the high cost that the application of such materials is subject to certain restrictions. TPU characteristics: good wear resistance. When the material is often subjected to friction, scraping, grinding and other mechanical effects during use, it will cause the surface to gradually wear out, so the wear resistance of the material is very important.

6. TPU plastic materials have excellent wear resistance, more than five times exceed the natural rubber. It also has a higher tear resistance compared with some commonly used plastics. Main use: mainly used in automotive interior parts. In the packaging field, it is mainly used for parts and accessories that require high cleanliness, such as engine, gearbox and other power system parts.
